Happy Thanksgiving to all of you who celebrate the holiday. Tis the season wherein we seem to express thanks more than ever.
I can't say "Thank you" enough. It is not only courteous but, it also is an expression of your gratitude for something or someone. Saying, thank you should come naturally, however, that is not always the case.
I thank God always, in the midst of good and bad times. There are times when I don't have much to say, because I am overwhelmed by life, but I will always say thank you, God.
Do you know that when someone gives you a gift or a compliment that it is done because they want to? and not because they have to?
Your immediate response should always be thank you. It is otherwise considered rude, ungrateful and selfish. For those who have a difficult time saying thank you, I say start practicing daily. You have to be thankful for something.
Sit and think about how you have been blessed and how you can be more thankful.
I thank God for all he has done and continues to do. I am thankful that he does not give us everything all in one shot. He knows exactly what we need and provides it to us in small doses. I am thankful that he knows me and deals with me accordingly.
Oh and did I mention, I am thankful for all of you. All who take 1 or 2 minutes of their day to read these blogs. I thank God that it is changing lives and changing my life.
What are you thankful for? Have you said thank you, lately?
I am thankful.
Meditate on that!
