Words For You
Stay In The Know:

Keep Dreaming

March 4, 2018

One of the most precious gifts God has given me is allowing women to speak to me in total confidence.  Many would not even consider me a friend, however, the comfort they have in sharing their lives with me is such a privilege for me.

There are so many who feel because they have reached a particular age that they can no longer fulfill their dreams.  That is certainly not true.

Many of us have had dreams in us for years. When you were young you had dreams about what you would be or do when you grow up. You had dreams about what your wedding day would be like. You dreamed about an exciting vacation you wanted to take. Most of us would say at that young tender age, I can't wait to get older so that I can do this, that and the other.

Well, now you are older and you are still dreaming about the same things you did when you were a child. So, the question of the day is, What is Holding You Back?

Dreams are an excellent way for God to reach us.  When we are dreaming we are quiet and peaceful. Not that easy to ignore God when you are sleeping. In Joel 2:28, God tells us:

"I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions. "

It is never too late to stop dreaming. If you have a dream that has been tucked away for years, pull it out, dust it off and start fulfilling it. Time is not on our side and the years are moving quicker and quicker.

In order to fulfill your dreams you must first believe in yourself.   You will need self-confidence, self-assurance and sincere optimism in you dream. You have to believe that God has a plan for your life and wants you to live out your dreams.

Let's get started.

Meditate on that!
